GENERAL

• I hold the right to refuse any commission I feel uncomfortable with.• I only draw in my art style.• Always give credit to @Korenchiii when my artwork is publicly displayed. It's respectful to do so.• I accept CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal (international orders).• Don't trace, steal, edit, or copy my art. Commissioned works are for commissioners use only. I'm fine with others using my art to practice just credit your sources if you post it on social media.• All commissions are non-refundable. If any chargeback happens you'll be blacklisted from ordering in the future. If you bought any art from me before, all rights will be pulled, access to the art will be taken via Google Drive or deleted. If I haven't started on your commission after 5 months, then you request a refund, it's possible. If progress has started on a commission refunds are NOT possible.• You are prohibited to use my artwork in affiliation with NFT's or AI related stuff.• Turnaround time for commissions is around 1-4 months. Life depending that is. Been actively working on the amount of time clients receive their order. Please be patient with me. YCH orders will take between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the order size.• I have mental health issues that causes me to be slower with work. Will always finish a commission once accepted though. That's my personal promise.• All adopts must go to forever homes. No reselling my designs, please only buy if you really love it.• By commissioning me you agree and accept my terms of service.

COMMERCAL WORK

  • • My rates for commercial are x3 times the price.

  • • Anything that you order from me that you plan to sell as merch qualifies as commercial work.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • • All payments go though Paypal or Venmo.

  • • All commissions are non-refundable. If any chargeback happens you'll be blacklisted from ordering in the future. If you bought any art from me before, all rights will be pulled, access to the art will be taken via Google Drive or deleted. If I haven't started on your commission after 5 months, then you request a refund, it's possible. If progress has started on a commission refunds are NOT possible.

  • • Please don't send payment before your order is approved.

  • • Paying for your order through StreamElements tips or Twitch bits is NOT acceptable. All orders must be paid through Paypal, CashApp, or Venmo.

  • • I start working after receiving payment.

  • • Finished orders will be send through Email, Discord, or Google drive. Depending where the order form was sent/size of order. Just to ensure the best quality is delivered.

RUSH ORDERS

  • • Rush orders are an additional %50 of the total price. I work on some rush orders off-stream to get them done faster.

  • • Turnaround time around normal commissions is around 1-4 months. Life depending that is. Will be working on reducing the amount of wait time.

  • • Rush orders skip the queue to receive your art faster. Specify when you need it by in your form so I can see if I can fit you in my schedule.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. 1. If your order is accepted you'll receive an invoice. You will have 7 business days to pay the full amount. If no payment is received your order will be cancelled. If approved please look at my Trello page for progress on your order.

  2. 2. A sketch of the progress will be sent. It's on you to tell me if something needs changed. After lineart is finished I won't be adding last minute changes.

  3. 3. The high resolution artwork will be sent to you when completed. Large orders will be sent to you in a Google Drive folder. Please look in your email for a Google drive invite if you have issues.

You can always check your commissions progress on my Trello. Feel free to send me a DM/Email for a work in progess picture.

Reason: Broke my TOS by refunding three commissions. Also made serious life damaging allegations regarding another client. This person is NOT to be trusted with any commission and should be added to every blacklist. Save yourself from the headache and love bombing he puts everyone through.
